We’ve introduced a new feature that makes adding listings to your website easier than ever with a seamless IDX import process.
With this update, you can now import your listings directly from the IDX into My Listings. By simply searching for a property by its address or MLS number, all relevant data will be automatically imported into a new My Listings page. This streamlines the process and removes the manual effort of entering details for each listing.
There are two ways to access this feature. First, from the back end, navigate to Site Tools > My Listings and select the “Import from IDX” option when adding a new listing. Alternatively, you can access it from the front end by going to the specific IDX listing, typing #import, and refreshing the page. A dialog box will then appear, allowing you to complete the import.
Before finalizing the import, you will need to confirm that you have the necessary permissions to represent and promote the listing. Once confirmed, all key information—such as price, images, and descriptions—will be populated automatically into the appropriate fields on your My Listings page.
If you’re using custom templates or featured images, you can easily make additional edits after importing the listing. Simply click the “Edit Listings” button to adjust any details as needed.
This new feature simplifies listing management, making it faster and more efficient to keep your website updated with the latest properties.
