In response to the recent NAR lawsuit, which has changed how buyer compensation is handled on the MLS, we've added a new Compensation field in the property details section of 'My Listings.'
With this most recent update to ‘My Listing’ we now allow clients to disclose details related to buyer compensation directly inside their listings.
To add and style this information, simply select the Compensation Disclosure widget within the Spark Editor.
Before using this feature, please consult with your brokerage and board to ensure compliance not only with the new NAR guidelines but also with any additional rules they may have established.
